Developed with guidance and support from some of the industry's top executives, the Broadcast Leadership Training Program focuses on the unique process of assessing, purchasing, owning and operating radio and television stations. It provides a blueprint for talented businesspeople to become a greater part of the industry and increase the diversity of voices available to the public.
NABEF offers fellowships to help foster and encourage diversity in broadcast ownership. The fellowship covers the cost of program fees, hotel accommodations and airfare.
National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the public interest in supporting and advocating: education and training programs, strategies to increase diversity, initiatives stressing the importance of the First Amendment, community service, philanthropy, and timely broadcasting issues.
